TM vsr?
2 January, 2010, 10:28
okay, i know that fps isnt everything,
but why/how is the tm vsr a good sniper rifle if its fps is about 280?!
like i say, i know that fps isnt everything, but ive seen pistols with higher fps.....
IS it a good sniper?
and is the "pro sniper" as quiet as the "g-spec"?
thanks guys!

Re: TM vsr?
It's an excellent base to build on. The build quality and the hop-up design are it's outstanding features.

Re: TM vsr?
No, barrel length in airsoft is only effective up to a point. Accuracy comes from fine tuning your hop and barrel diameter.

Re: TM vsr?
In a vsr, the extra barrel length can help, but it's pretty negligible. Pretty much the vsr is good because when you upgraded it to around 500fps, then it's accuracy makes it pretty formidable
True, at 280fps it's pretty useless, and i think that's one of the reasons so many new snipers instantly dislike the role. You just have to take the time to make it perform at it's best, and with a vsr, you can achieve the best accuracy out of any sniper on the market really.
