Mags for the ARES AW-338 Gas Rifle

hello
i had just bout one of these snipers and it is now on its way and i thought i should get a few extra mags for it. but i really dont know what kind it takes...
does it take AW-338 mags? if there is such a thing
or like M700 mags or L96?
i dont no
please help quick before my gun comes

You can't easily buy the actual mag, but you can get the mag strips for them easily enough for $20 i think, from HK. I know a certain other UK retailer got some mags in and they were charging £75 for them.

I personally converted mines to CO2 and got a couple of mag strips, but thats because i'm pro... like you said in your post above

umm that would help a lot...but i am a noob and dont no what im talking about so please...for the love of god tell me what the hell a mag strip is....:D
so i cant get the actual mag?

The Ares magazines consist of two parts

the mag strip and the gas chamber

the mag strip is a small strip that holds the bb's you can take these out fill it with bb's and put it back in the gas chamber

this is the mag strip



the gas chamber is the rest of the magazine which is shaped like a magazine should be

It begins with an F and ends with a T and has 'overpriced' in the middle - like most UK retailers in these hard times

The mag strips can be bought quite easily I think.
Zeroone, rsov may even sell them...
