Need a PEQ and 9.6v Battery

Hi All,

Would like to know what the best make of PEQ box to suit a 9.6v battery?

I currently have the freebie PEQ box that came with my ICS CXP, however, the black is starting to come off and a very bright orange is showing through.

Had a look at various places, however, they either seem to be lipo boxes, fake boxes, or 'battery boxes' but im unsure what battery would fit in the 'battery box'

If possible, would prefer the more military style PEQ box opposed to the more rectangle type boxes you can get

Any advice please?

If you want a realistic one best change to LiPos which enable you to use a smaller size.

The only realistic sized one for 9.6v nimh is a G&P PEQ2 that takes a custom large battery. They are however, rather bulky!

Some PEQ boxes will take a 9.6 mini battery, but they don't tend to have realistic dimensions.

As suggested, your best bet is to switch to lipo batteries then you can use PEQ15 type battery boxes.
