Battery info

Hi guys, i have an AA L85a1 with a daniele defense rail system, was wondering what type of batterys you are using, Had a look on google but could'nt solve my problem. Cheers Guys

I have an ICS L85 with the DD rail so i imagine the AA version will be similar

I use batteries of both 8.4v and 9.6 similar to these

with one "leg" above the barrel and one below. I trimmed the wire down and changed the large connector for a small tamiya to help as there isnt a huge amount of room under the top hatch.

However i did have to remove the dummy gas tube to do this, as this is just for show its not really a big deal, for me atleast!

If lipos are your thing im pretty sure there is a thread somewhere on here that covers those!

Thanks for the link, i have already removed the gas block, i think ill look into buyin that battery thanks mate !
