none its a known fact nobody (ahem) aimes an airsoft gun, just point and shoot.. then use the trail of bbs as meas of aiming well thats my opinion, i use sights as an item that looks good, not with functionality, especially when the projectile you are firing can be effected by a mouse fart..

Anyway OP, all sights should be considered in terms of weight, useability, and (price including battery expenses). For your purposes I'll assume you are one of the 99% of all AEG users for whom magnified scopes are irrelevant, and that you want a spiffy red dot sight instead of just new irons since the G36C comes with some.

Any non-magnified red-dot sight will do for useability, weight-wise Eotech and ACOG clones are considerably heavier than conventional one-screen red dot sights, and more expensive to boot. However I love Eotechs for being able to be run on AA/AAA batteries, because those batteries are cheaper than dirt and last for years with the tiny light sources of red dot sights.

One thing about Eotechs specific to your situation though--I own a G36C as well, and run an Eotech 552, but I actually had a bit of trouble zeroing the last TWO Eotechs I owned due to height-over-bore problems--the optics rail on the G36C is about an inch and a half up from the barrel, and we need to add another 1.5 inches due to Eotech's design. So it was impossible to put the dot onto what I was shooting at and I had to sell those on.

Buy a cheap red-dot sight that won't break the bank. If you go for anything over 30quid, buy a lens shield (or get a friend to cut a perspex screen for you). It will get shot at and why risk your purchase?
