  • Mosin Nagant opinions (S&T)

Hi there folks... In the market for a new WW2 gun which hopefully gets partially funded by the m14 I'm selling.

Anyhow... Was thinking either the new ICS m1 garand... Or a mosin nagant.

However I was just wondering if anyone has used this on site and how
Successfully... Was maybe leaning towards gas over spring and the S&T at ~~~~~~ comes to mind.

A few other questions... Is the hop any good.
Is there a tightbore for it...Etc

In general... A simple opinion on it...

    Thanks

        Wait for the G&G Garand.
I've read the ICS has problems with its physical accuracy WRT a real Garand, the least of which is that some of the parts make it more like a Korean war era Garand than WW2.

And unless it's CO2, gas is too inconsistent in our climate.

Hmm.. That's twice now I've heard bad things about the ICS one...

And although our climate may not be the best... I can plug away on semi with my WE SA80 in combat situations quite happily in 0-10 degrees :p

They look lovely, but they aren't much cop - which is why most serious WW2 Airsofters are still going down the Mosin Nagant stock implanted with VSR-10 guts route.
