G&P 203 VS ICS 203 grenades which is better?

hi, i was wanting to buy some now 203 grenades and was wondering if anyone know which ones are better the G&P M203 6mm OR the ICS 40mm Plastic Grenade

ICS 40mm Plastic Grenade easy for maintenance.
G&P better range, 8mm convertor
both can fire slug

personally I will recommend you ICS 40mm metal, 72round to 9 rounds convertion, just pull out the barrel then reinsert from the other end.

How do you pull the barrels out of the ICS metal grenades? I've got one and would love to drop it to 9 rounds!

1 some of the barrel maybe very hard to remove, don't force it.
2 don't use cheap 0.12g BB in these shells.
