Sounds like you got a bit of lemon (odd for TM), running mine on abbey ultra it locks back every time and I ALWAYS cram the mags full.

Fingers crossed it gets replaced and the next one is a winner. I like TM, never had a problem with them before!

indeed, the only TM gun I've ever had snags with is my old M4A1 which worked flawlessly for 8 years until I decided it needed a new set of gears... all went south from there!
