ghillie wraping two tone guns

hi i am new to airsoft and this forum and i understand that to get a RIF i have to be part of the regestered site and so on basicly i was wondering if i buy a two tone gun and i have no regestration with a site can i put ghille wrap over the whole gun???

In short, yes, aslong as it is removable.
