Hello, the title says it all really. What are your thoughts on the Well MB-10? Would you recommend it? If not, why?

Redhawk, if you haven't got the patience for new players, what in the nine hells are you doing in the "advice & new players" forum?

Anyway. I've got the MB-10. I love the look, it's different from the usual mix of VSRs, L96s, and springer Dragunov rifles that you usually see. All spring sniper rifles require more upgrades to make them function the way you hope a sniper rifle will work, though, so unless you have specialized purposes in mind (low powered TM springer for firing from concealment for example) one sniper rifle is as good as another.

OP, lemme know if/when you buy the rifle and want to think about starting to upgrade it.

It does help though and with 2+ 'what am best sniper' threads a day (sometimes from the same person) I can see peoples' patience wearing thin. Having said that, keep it civil please folks!

I don't own a Well MB10 so I can't comment on it's performance, all I can do is point him in the right direction.

I was merely showing this young chap of the wonders of Google. And if you click said link you will find 4-5 YouTube videos reviewing the rifle and several alternate airsoft forums with people asking the same question.

Guys, I'm not looking to buy this rifle. I was simply seeing what people thought about it as I haven't seen it before. And yes, I did watch the 4-5 YT videos reviewing the rifle and I did go on other forums discussing the rifle, I merely wanted to see the opinions of the people on this particular forum. In no way did I mean to wear people's patience thin, nor did I mean to cause conflict. And thank you CracklingHawk for you offer but I will not be taking you up on this unfortunately as I am moving away from sniping and just wanted people's opinions on this rifle before I left sniping for good.

I hope I helped, but as I said I've never owned one so I don't have an opinion of it. I can tell you that the new Well L96's are pretty good for the money for what you get, that's about it.

Yes that is valid reasoning and I understand that the majority of people would perhaps not have actually Googled the rifle, particularly as this is the new players section. But, in this case I did search it!

Boo-Sabum Ben, if you view it as a waste of unlimited space then why did you contribute to it in the first place? I was only asking the opinions of airsofters on this rifle from an airsofting point of view, not a retail one. If you cannot grasp this concept, then sir, I am truly sorry for you.

I contributed in the first place as I was confused as to what exactly you wanted. People gave you helpful information, and you simply said you'd looked at all that already.

Im all for helping people out, and I'm even all for helping out people who post the usual 'what am bestest threads'. but when its simply a 'what am bestest' that isn't even to help anyone out, its just for the sake of it, then that just grinds my gears.

Dont worry, I did grasp the concept. the fact that its a pointless one was what got me. Don't give it the usual 'I feel sorry for you because my mind is more open than yours' load of drivel. Its still being a keyboard warrior, even if you do disguise it as a reasonable argument.

I'm sorry if I came across a bit of a keyboard warrior, I have been up all night working and took what you said in the wrong way. I'm not asking for the sake of it, I just wanted the honest opinions on this rifle from experienced airsofters. Again I apologise for how I reacted but caffeine and 3 hours of sleep along with the project I'm working on dont mix too well. Tbh I didn't try to disuse my reaction as reasonable argument, I knew it was a stupid stock answer that unhappy nine year olds give as I was writing it! But I posted it nonetheless.
