Motorla xtind reprograming

Hi there recantly bought a motorla xtnid radio of these forums. When I go into the programing mode only half the settings are open to me. I cant adjust freq. Or bandwith and a few others.
Ive been told you can lock certain feutures on CPS but I dont fancy spending £100 on the software.
I remember seeing a tag on a user here who said they can programe these does anyone know him/her?
