Biggest battery in a AN/PEQ-2
24 February, 2010, 20:16
Hi I have the ICS AN/PEQ-2 battery storage box but can anyone tell me what the biggest battery I can put in there is? Currently I have a 8.4V 1500mah mini that just rattles around inside so I have to pack it out with foam I would like to get something much bigger in there (Still 8.4v) and make use of the space.

Re: Biggest battery in a AN/PEQ-2
Nun-chuck 4/5A size batt. It is slightly fatter than the AA size batt.
The biggest capacity is 8.4V 2000mAh 4/5A NiMH.
It fits nicely on my friends ICS AN/PEQ2, mine is a guarder PEQ2 and the nun-chuck 4/5a fits ok, slightly tight but no issues. However, we both use a 9.6v but its only a matter of 1 cell difference.

May I suggest that you look at a shop that sells components.
They have all the dimensions for the batteries that they sell.
