Cyma 190 m4 mid caps, any good?

Evening all, been looking at getting some mid caps. Main reason is I hate the rattling of high caps.

So looking on the old eBay I found some cyma 190rd metal mid caps. They seem to be perfect, good capacity, metal and fairly cheap, 3 for £26 inc post.

So I'm wondering is all this too good to be true and are they total trash or are they worthy buy?
