Best cheap back pack?
6 October, 2013, 20:34
Hello all,
Want to get a back pack which i will attach to my vest.
Can use it as a water pack and carry a few extra bits.
I dont mind chopping the straps off, but will need molle on the side so i can cable tie it to the vest.
Looking at small to medium ones.
If it can attach to molle all the much better.
Please give me ideas wgat to search and images
Cheers
Ive tried googling, but want some ideas

Re: Best cheap back pack?
Try the Helikon Molle assault pack or the 5.11 rush pack. Both decent sizes and fairly priced.
There's a scammer operating openly on this forum. Please be aware of who you're dealing with.

Re: Best cheap back pack?
I got mine off ebay. Cost me £20 posted from HK and it's pretty good. Comes with back straps or molle straps to attach it to a vest. Also has molle loops on the front to attach. Couple of pouches, as well as a main compartment, and a second waterproof compartment for a hydration bladder. And best of all it's compact!

I can't remember exactly what it was called bud, it was about 2 years ago now, but I do remember that it was called something like "Tan Molle Patrol Pack", and that the ebay picture had a UK flag in the background!

Re: Best cheap back pack?
I've been carrying my stuff to and from work for the past year in a Viper Recon Back Pack. £24.99 from a north London retailer. It's excellent for the money.
I also use a Maxpedition Jumbo when I don't need to carry anything big. Love that manbag. It's got room for all the essentials. I know this is off-topic, but I thought I'd plug the bag. If anyone's thinking about getting one, do so.
