as far as im aware in airsoft its just looks between emag and pmag. A cmag, is that not a drum style?

E-mags are smooth sided polymer 30 round box mags for stanag rifles made by magpul

p-mags are waffle sided polymer 30 round box mags for stanag rifles made by magpul

c-mags are 100 round polymer double drum mags made by Beta projects made in several calibers (commonly seen on MG36's) they didn't get used much because they were shite and unreliable, just like the airsoft version

Pmag is the normal mag for m4 series
Emag is for the 416, l85a2 and other versions with flatter magwells (slightly different profile to the pmag) compared to the m4 series
Cmag afaik is the drum ones as mentioned.

Ah yes the company that make these mags have been in business for a couple of hundred years , think they started off making clothes for royalty , they once made a suit of clothes for a European emperor

That's a legitimately interesting idea and a very useful feature. As usual the airsoft version is completely cosmetic, but it definitely would be possible to make a realcap that did work like the Command Arms original does. Hell, if PTS decided to make TM NexGen realcap replicas of this magazine, I'd buy some.
