Quick NPAS question

Hey Chaps,

Another quick GBBR question...
It seems that adjusting an NPAS is a complete pain in the proverbial and I spotted a RA Tech universal joint tool which apparently can adjust NPAS without dis assembly of your GBBR. Does anybody actually own one and if so, how does it ensure that the NPAS doesn't spin when your turn the NPAS up or down? Does it work well?

Yes I do.

It makes life a little easier but you still need to wedge a screwdriver or similar in to hold the valve still.
