Sniper barrels (prometheus or madbull)
21 January, 2014, 14:20
So I've been working working on my my l96 for a while while and finally got a pdi hop up, then I got a 509mm madbull 6.03 barrel with flash hider but here's the question, is it worth me sending the madbull back and ordering a 500mm prometheus 6.03 instead, is it going to be a massive difference or should I stick with my madbull
Thanks
Adam

Re: Sniper barrels (prometheus or madbull)
Prometheus are better by a mile. The Madbull v2s are ok & cheaper but the coating wears out

Re: Sniper barrels (prometheus or madbull)
For a precison rifle designed to hit targets acurately? Definatley go for the prommy barrel. You might not notice a huge difference, as above, the madbull barrels are coated, so you will have to replace that after a while anyway. Save yourself the cash and effort and buy the Prometheus. Also, the prommy barrel will be much more consistent throughout the bore. = better.
