WE18C CGC holster problem

Just received a nice new G18C in the post along with clone cqc holster that meant to be for G17/G18c but its very tight. Has anyone had this problem before and how would you fix?

we glocks do not fit in cQc holsters

some ppl pop them in boiling water then holster it, which can sometimes work

If you're purchasing a WE Glock, then get a holster made for the Glock 21.

i had to get a file to mine, works now but a little snug.

Originally heated mine with a hair-dryer to fit the TM 17 (same concept) in a genuine serpa. It was extremely tight and I had to properly put force on it both putting it in and getting it out. I took a dremel to it cutting out a section on the side, as pictured

Thanks for the advice, tried heating it but the plastic has no give so will try filing this weekend.

Update:

Took a dremel saw and sliced along top of holster and added plastic card, 3mm at the front and 4mm at the rear to obtain a good fit with being loose.

If that doesn't work out for you, try the Crye gun clip. Fits my we g19 nicely.
