  • Hop up bucking degree?

I am in need of buying a new hop up bucking and I've noticed that a lot of them state that they have different degrees such as 70, 80, 90.
I'm not sure what this means or which would be better. Could someone please explain this to me? Thanks.

Basically, low degree buckings are softer than high degree buckings; soft buckings are better at lower FPS and hard buckings are better at higher FPS.

I see. What would you recommend for a gun shooting at about 320-325?

Other factors affect the required degree of hardness; for example, the nub, the make and weight of BBs. Personally, I would go with something like a Guarder clear rubber (50 degrees), a Madbull 60 degree, or one of the green G&G rubbers. Hop rubbers are something that people tend to disagree about.
