There is no difference buddy, they are one and the same.
The spring in the rifle is cocking via the bolt.
Bolt action just referes to the type of rifle the gun is modeled on.

Well, that's not strictly true.
While all Spring guns are bolt action, you can get gas bolt action rifles.
