Cheap alternative to the Pantac MBSS?
24 March, 2014, 20:42
Hey all.
Im looking for some sort of assault backpack that attaches directly to a Molle vest. The only thing I've been able to find is the Pantac MBSS, but its £65 and I'd rather find a cheaper alternative.
Does anyone know of a backpack that fits directly to a molle vest, that is made by a cheaper company such as Mil-tec or Viper? It doesnt need to look like the MBSS, just have the same function. My only requirement is that it needs to be OD.

The Flyye one is 44-45 quid.
I'm sure with extra looky looky at flyye gear, you might find it cheaper.
section 24 of the 1968 Act
Supplying imitation firearms to minors
1)It is an offence for a person under the age of eighteen to purchase an imitation firearm
2)It is an offence to sell an imitation firearm to a person under the age of eighteen.

Ah cheers the flyye one. I'll have a look into that.
Just seen a load of chinese made ones on ebay, but hesistant to go with those. Think I'll have to settle for the flyye one!
Are there any other backpacks that attach directly to molle? Or is the MBSS the only option?

Nothing wrong with Chinese stuff from Ebay (rig-wise).
I got a molle belt and OTV, and both are great quality.
The Chinese OTV put next to my FLYYE one is the same quality-wise. The only difference is that the Chinese one is bigger... And fits perfectly! Also has angel wings thrown in as well, which is nice...
Listen to me ramble...

Yeah? May consider the chinese made ones then. What sort of time frame was it between ordering and recieving it?

Surprisingly good, actually.
It probably took around the two weeks mark.

Cheers mate that seems to be a pretty reasonable price as well!
Would you guys reccomend the MBSS over a more tradiational assault backpack?
