When you say TM M4, are we talking the really old school plain-jane original AEG? Not a recoiling model or anything like that?

I ask purely in the sense of fitting the buffer tube. The actual G&P stock itself will fit just fine on the TM tube, but the G&P tube might not fit the TM receiver depending on the type of gun it is.
