Sig 556 lower onto sig 552

Hi
as title says if seen a 556 lower receiver for sale and want to know if this will be a straight swap for a 552 lower receiver ie same gearbox, hop, etc. any help/ advise be really great

The King Arms 556 - no - I own both the TM 552 and the KA 556.
The Hop unit is an M4 hop unit - although the gearbox/barrel/selector plate will fit since they're the same.
The receivers will take a little bit of work to get together as well - I've never compared directly side by side, but the way the go together differ very slightly (although not massively) Having said that, you'll probably find the biggest issue is getting the hop unit to sit in place securely.
If it's the JG, I can't comment as I've never seen one in the flesh unfortunately.
