Ares, ICS or Classic Army?
17 April, 2010, 13:30
Hi I'm going to be buying my next gun soon so I've narrowed it down to 3:
The ICS M4 carbine plastic
The Classic Army M15A4 sportline
The Star M4
I know that the ICS is goodbut has comparability issues but I don't know much about the other two.
How compatible with parts is the classic army gun?
Thanks
Marcus

Re: Ares, ICS or Classic Army?
CA are as far as I know 100% TM compatible. I have a CA/JG M16 that has bits from both CA and JG.

Re: Ares, ICS or Classic Army?
CA are tm compatible 100%, and yes MAGPUL gear will fit easy ,
performance wise, ca are more robust and like tanks will go for ages , IF LOOKED AFTER CORRECTLY ,
but if internal speed and range and power etc etc is what your looking for , ics win , but and it a big but , the externals are picky , really picky about which parts fit ,
so go for the CA

Re: Ares, ICS or Classic Army?
If you intent to leave it stock then go with the ICS. If you want to add alot of extras go with the CA. You will not be disapointed by the CA mate. The ROF for a stock gun is immense.
