Re: jg g36 battery change nimah to lipo
If you want to run Li-Pos I'd recommend sticking to 7.4 Li-pos for now. Get a decent balance charger, and preferably change your battery connectors to Deans connectors. As for brands, Turnigy nano-tech Lipos are my favourite. High discharge rates in smaller batteries. My balance charger is a Turnigy Accucell 6, and I can't fault it. The I-MAX B6 is also very good, however, make sure you get a genuine one. I've had a copy, and it broke within 6 months.
The change to 11.1v Li-po's requires far more work to make the rifle reliable. Just plugging a high voltage battery into a stock gun can have bad results; Not always, but eventually, unless the gun is properly set up, it will fail. Hence my recommendation to stick to 7.4s just now.

1) Buy lipo and charger (stick with a 7.4v)
2) Charge lipo with charger
3) Plug battery into gun
4) Have fun!

I use an Absima CB-1P charger and it's spot on. I bought mine from an RC retailer in Preston for £30 to make sure it was genuine. I use Vapextech lipos. As stated before, stick with 2s lipos to start off with.

if you do change the connectors, you need to change the other set in the handguard in the middle of the loom
