goggles fogging up

hi guys
i just got my self a pair of goggles and i put them on, after about 3-4mins they fog right up... how can i stop this?

wash them with water and a TINY bit of washing up liquid in it, and i mean tiny, then let them air dry

Hey Dude,
Think this is quite a popular question!
I drip about a cm of wasing up liquid on each dry lens and rub it into both sides with a soft cloth until it dissapears.
This keeps me de-fogged.

Take a bottle with you! :D - I wear glasses underneath a mask, so works wonders.

I use either Fogtech or CatCrap. both work really well and are available all over the place.

no for about 20-30 mins, i still cant belive it. not bad for a cheap £20 set of goggles
