Magazines for G&G Rifles

Is it just me or do G&G make their hop and mag feeding points slightly wider so that ONLY G&G mags fit in G&G guns but all G&G mags fit in all other rifles? (Stanmag)
Not meaning to offend G&G as this may all be a coincidence but from my experience and all of my friends' experiences it seems to be true.

Only a Lonex Flash Mag and G&G mags feed in my rifle though all the others that don't feed fit well and feed in my friends Lonex.

This creates a problem for me; as I am trying to build a DMR and want some small (shot) midcaps for my Firehawk (Yea, yea; Ha Ha! DMR out of baby M4)
And the G&G hop is too nice for me to get rid of. (Maybe also because I am a cheap-o)

And also maybe if someone could link me to a G&G short, stanmag, midcap because I can't find out if they exist or not.

I have 3 m4s g&g ICS and APS and they all interchange fine even have some cheap Chinese ones that work fine in all 3.
