Eye protection and eye strain

I have tried a few different types of eye protection. Started out with goggle but misting (even with wipes) and water droplets drove me insane.
I moved on to mesh goggle but my eyes start to hurt after about 4 hours, probably from focusing through the mesh.
Does anyone else get this type of eye strain and have you found a good solution? I have been wondering about balistic glasses and thinking of giving them a go. How does it cope with misting and water? do people get eye strain from them?

Misting/fogging all depends on what brand you buy and how you treat them.

As for mesh, I had a similar issue before with the generic mesh, but had no issues using Heroshark mesh - probably due to the larger holes. I recently got some Nuprol mesh, but I've yet to use them in game and see how they go.

I use nuprol mesh low profile glasses and eye strain never even popped into my head as a possibility.
