Sending a GBB Rifle to Europe

Sorry for bringing this kind of subject up again, I did use the search but there are no recent threads on the subject that I could find.

Anyway my question is I am selling a GBB rifle and put UK Delivery only.

But I Have had two potential buyers ask about the GBB rifle one based in Hungary and the other is in Italy.

I have looked on the Parcelforce website and its does say Low Powered air weapons can not be sent internationally, they can only be sent in the UK on the 48hr service.

But the potential buyer in Italy said in a PM "that any courier denies to send airsoft gun like stuff on paper but when you go to the office they let you send it with out blinking an eye.

He said he has received a Tanaka 870 via Parcelforce from UK and a pistol with mags filled with gas, so there is no restriction"

So does any know if you can send a GBB to Europe using PF or any other courier without any problems.

Because I have heard couriers are clamping down even more on items that contain gas products.
