Which scar?

hey guys, getting a scar soon, still havent decided on H or L tho. was wondering, out of g&g, ca, ares and vfc which is best for value? also, i like the H version as it has the shorter barrel, can you change the L version to the same configuration? short barrel? which is preferable H or L?? confused on which one???

I heard that G&G and VFC do the better ones, then again, I dont own a scar, so take my opinion with a pinch of salt (Or some other saying that I dont even know)

VFC no arguement owned one loved it but not my cup of tea.

VFC CA or G&G, they are frankly all great

though my money is on the VFC as it is beautiful

VFC scar hands down!!

Have owned my little beast for ages now and it hasant let me down yet :D just need some nades to feed the eglm lol.

And yes if you buy the vfc dx version of the scar l you get the standard length barrel and the short cqb barrel aswell

Time to break the trend... CA! - Great externals as with their Armalite series, only bummer thing is the battery space... Use a lipo!

what about ares? as the vfc is a little out of my price range.

Imho the ares one aint that good as I know a few people who have had them and have had problems straight from day one.

If you cant get the vfc one then maybe try the g+g as they are meant to preety awesome themselves

Star one isn't bad at all, I haven't been skirmishing with mine at all, but I have used it in the garden, and been working on getting it right looks wise for a while.

I hate that the motor is soldered in and the front sight could be less fragile, but it's great otherwise.

I haven't ever handled a VFC though, and that'd be the main contender for best SCAR, I'll have to look into one since I want a black SCAR for CQB.

I have the Ares one and yep there was a problem with it sorted by Neil at Zero one and it has been faultless.

Its my primary assult rifle and I love the thing to bits. Covered it in gun porn etc and just cant get enough of it.

All of the Scars seem pretty good to be honest so it will probably be a cost / personal preferance choice in the end.
