Pistol lanyard
30 November, 2015, 19:41
Hi all I'm looking for a lanyard for a pistol but the gun has no hole to connect the lanyard if that makes sense what can be done or brought to use one ☺

Re: Pistol lanyard
Hi mate, as you gun does not have a lanyard loop or hole you only really have two choices if your minds set on having one. either drill a hole in the frame which i would really not recommend or buy a lanyard that wraps around your grip, something like this, Matrix M1 Military Grade Tactical Pistol Hand Gun SMG Retention Lanyard, )sorry mods was the first picture i found i thought i would put this as i cant put a link.)
All the best, marc..

Re: Pistol lanyard
Mmmm I'm not sure on having it around the grips don't think it will feel right I might just sell it or swap for a pistol with the hole lol

Re: Pistol lanyard
Base of the handgrip, at the rear, has room to drill a small hole at 45 degrees, only needs to be 3mm, if done properly it should be fine for your needs.
If your not 100% confident in doing this, get someone who is, don't want to spoil the gun for the sake of a tiny hole.

Re: Pistol lanyard
A better idea is to buy a hammer Spring housing with a lanyard loop built in. Not hard to find!
