Do You want it to be great in stock? will You be upgrading the hop, barrel, piston/cylinder head, nozzle?
All of them have great potential, but if You want a DMR out of the box, go M14 but not socom - go with the long one as its more accurate (longer barrel).

m14 is very difficult to upgrade, it has little rail real estate and once it breaks there very hard to get into. i know from personal experience.

i have little experience with a sl9 so i cant say much.

i would go for the sr-25, easy upgrades and loads of room for optics. also if you are used to operating with an armalite varient, it will be quit easy to get used to.

        SR-25 FTW

But the performance is much better than the SR-25. And if you don't modify your guns yourself then you don' have to worry about that as the shop/site will do it for you and probably garentee the upgrade too.

M14 any day. Make it a Marui though. Has to be Marui.

If you buy either of the other two guns, youll only regret it.

And theyre not that hard to upgrade at all. Whats more; if you buy the socom and fit a full length tightbore, you can shroud it with a silencer. That way you get a rail too (which id recommend putting a red-dot on, a magnifying scope is overkill). Best of both worlds, and a very sexy gun. Cant be bad.

Get the M14 Socom, out of the box it is a great performer.

TM M14 SOCOM based purely on stock performance, Otherwise the SR25 takes it for looks.
