TM Recoil purchase
8 February, 2016, 16:45
I've got a stock G&G CM16, and I'd fancy a bit more range and accuracy.
I'm considering a TM recoil (M4), but I can't seem to find a definitive statement of the range on either, and I don't have the distance at home to mark out a range...
Is a TM recoil going to be an improvement? 10%? 20%?

Re: TM Recoil purchase
yes it'll be a significant improvement over a stock G&G in both range and accuracy, use .25g BBs or heavier and you'll be tagging people out to about 60m reliably.

Re: TM Recoil purchase
The TM will almost definitely be better. I had a tough choice of a TM Recoil. Or a Bolt Recoil with extras. I chose the Bolt, and it's actually quite a nice gun to be honest. More kick than a TM and cheaper to upgrade. However it will most likely break far faster than a TM Recoil would.

I actually already use .25. But there should still be an improvement I guess. Thanks guys and girls.

As the lads have said,...Go recoil, simple as that..
"This is my rifle, it's just a toy one, there are many like it, they're toy ones too, without it, i'm £250 better off, without me, it gathers dust in the corner, we're just big boys playing soldiers, lets try and remember that" play fair have fun.

How does putting the TM recoil improve range and would you have to upgrade power supply

I think your getting confused. The OP has a CM16. And is wondering if the TM recoil is much better. Which hands down it is

Re: TM Recoil purchase
Bear in mind that a CM16 has very good range and accuracy, they are amazing. Im not convinced a TM recoil would be a huge improvement.
