  • Teams in South Wales

Hi, I'm looking to join an air soft team in South Wales, preferably around the Newport/Cardiff/Bridgend/Valleys areas. Can anybody help?

    Cheers,
    Tim

You could try contacting the Cardiff University Airsoft group, they do regular games and trips to local/national tournaments if that's what you're after?

Do you play often? It seems teams kind or form on their own when a bunch of people play regular and start to synchronize their wardrobes

You're dead right there Mc', ^^ our (loosly affiliated) team, "The Crazy Welsh Bastards" sychronized our wardrobes, and now, our wardrobes get to the games on time, but we're always f**king late... (couldn't help myself)..
"This is my rifle, it's just a toy one, there are many like it, they're toy ones too, without it, i'm £250 better off, without me, it gathers dust in the corner, we're just big boys playing soldiers, lets try and remember that" play fair have fun.

Anybody at Dragon Valley tomorrow? All my kit is new so I'll look like a right spaz with a bright green rental gun☺. It'll be my first time but I intend to play a lot.

You'll have a good time there. It's my local site but I'll be at Strikeforce in Gloucester tomorrow. And HuntR is right, the rental guns are RIF's

It was class. Windy though, but it meant you could actually shoot around corners☺. It was my very first time at airsoft yesterday, I went by myself and everybody was welcoming and offered loads of advice. There was no p*ss taking of noobs and the games and staff were brilliant. The best bit of advice I got all day, wear gloves! Preferably something like the mechanix ones or mountain bike/MX ones with the knuckle and individual finger protection. I've got a black fingernail to show for my lack of digit protection.
