What company do you use for sending r.i.f's
28 April, 2016, 09:56
Hi all
Just a general post probably already one made but I don't usually like posting aegs or any r.i.f on that matter I prefer a face to face interaction but thinking I'd sell so much more if I did.
Could someone help with who they use and roughly how much it costs (roughly)
Cheers
Aidan

The same one as I suggested last week, and the week before, and the week before that
Royal Mail, and it will be sent Parcel Force 48
Last ones I sent were £15-£18

Does this forum have a search function? Oh yes, so it does! Perhaps searching for "posting RIFs", "post RIFS", "sending RIFs" or several other forms of words would answer this question without adding to the clutter

Parcelforce are a rip off but they have delivered many RIFs for me, but then so has pretty much every courier. I've used UPS, FedEx, MyHermes. In fact Parcelforce/RM are the only ones to ever cause me an issue when they delivered a pistol to the local Bank instead of me!
I don't think any of them officially allow RIFs either. From the parcel force website:

Yeah I have used parcelforce express 48 more times then I can count never had a problem.
Just make sure you don't send gas or a gassed up magazine and take it to your post office and ask for express 48. Put your return address on the packaging and your then following all the rules..
Oh and tell the person behind the counter it's sporting goods as most of them will not know the full rules and conditions of sending low powered airguns or airsoft

Parcelforce or royalmail. If only royal mail done guaranteed 1pm next day for rifle sized packages we wouldn't even be talking about it but parcelforce 48 are great.
