Help Identifying a chest rig

Hey guys

Going back 5 or so years ago I had a chest rig that I've recently found some pictures of and would quite like another... the problem is I've got no idea in the slightest what make or model it is so if anyone can help that'd be appriciated!

I'm pretty sure its real rather an an airsoft one, the pouches were fixed rather than molle
