Looking to upgrade my cm16

Hey

So i have been running a G&G combat machine 16 for around 4-5 years now. I have recently got more into airsofting and looking for an upgrade. I am mainly looking at another G&G gun however i am open to suggestions. I am looking for a M4 with a long barrel with good range. Looking at reviews it looks like a good gun, does anyone have one? Looking at another website it lists the range at about 50+m which i find hard to believe.

Hi Will,

The gun you linked is very very nice. I own one myself and have had great experience with it so far. They also do an XL version if you're looking for an even longer barrel. You'll be surprised with the range! Plus with keymod and an ETU you can't complain

No worries. Ill be honest I don't know exactly, but it'll do what you want at usual skirmish ranges, so you mostly won't be outraged by people with standard weapons. It's definitely around the 50m mark you said about. The accuracy is actually quite nice at all ranges, but of course remember that upgrades will improve this stuff further. Saying that these guns are great for upgrading!

Well mine was the same as yours when I bought it but I changed over the barrel and handguard for the XL version. They do the CM16 sr-xl which is very similar and has the same handguard as mine:
