  • Best magnified optic? (for a decent price)

So I'd like to get a decent magnified optic such as an acog with a dr sight (red dot for cqb) on top for my m4. I was thinking of getting the ncs ultimate sighting system:

which I believe has variable magnification (this is another optimal feature of the sight I would like.

I'm also thinking of getting the we nurpol tech 4x32 acog or the wecog.

Both of these sight are quite expensive at around £140. I was wondering if anyone knew any better sight for the same price

All recommendations and help is greatly appreciated, thanks!

A bit bigger than the ACOG (length wise) is the VisionKing Short Dot which is very highly regarded

These also have variable magnification of 1.25-5x26 and can be had on eBay for sub £70 but you will need a mount

The Visionking is easily the best - great eye relief, unlike most vaguely affordable ACOGs. The variable mag can be set at around x2 when you're moving about or dialled up a bit if you are sitting waiting. I've got a semi decent ACOG clone but have three of the Visionking scopes. Just bear in mind you need to get rings for them as it doesn't come with them.

Eclan Spectra Dr 1-4x great bit of kit and with a tree in optic still good in bright light

Got myself a NcStar NCS 3-9-32 with blue illuminating reticule from Z1 website, admittedly it was my first scope I bought brand new, I have others on my sniper rifles, but this one to me looks bad ass and has good eye relief once used to it, also has the rails all around the scope, quite heavy 3.5lbs I believe, but out of my 4 scopes certainly the best by far.
Has anyone else used one? what's your thoughts? as I was thinking of swapping for a Visionking Acog to see the difference.
