Will AK mah pouches fit SR25 mags??

Looking at Warrior Assault Systems AK open top mag pouches and I'm just wondering whether my SR mags would fit? Surely as they are both 7.62 but I think the AK pouches may be slightly too deep.

7.62 is bullet width, AKs are 39mm while SR25s are 51mm, you do the maths.

Had a couple of ak pouches from warrior giveaways, tried it with my scar h mag, does fit, just loosely, would reccomend sticking to nato 7.62 pouches though, the mag goes right into the pouch so difficult to get out properly, hope that helps.

I personally use us palm ak mags in a patrol incident chest rig. It's an open top kydex insert rig which is meant for sr35 size mags. Fits great and works great!
