Guarder Metal Kt for TM P226 Questions

Hi,

Im looking to fit the above on my standard TM P226. After searching around I have come across a standard metal kit and a 2010 version.

My question in.....which one do I need. Unfortunatly I dont know when mine was made because I got it 2nd hand. Are there any noticable differences, is there any way of finding out which my one it?

In all honest I just wouldn't bother. I had a guarded metal kit on my TM P226 and went back to plastic the first time I used it. It ruins the TM magic, the performance is crap and it makes everything worse. Does look cool though mind you.

I kept just the lower of my navy kit. Took a few hours with a dremel to fit it though...
