i used to go elite action epsom....it is an underground bunker tunnel system...its alright, relaxed atmosphere,small numbers of players, quick game, fast regens...cheap tuesday or is it wednesday nights

It's only 20 miles from Bromley, for many airsofters that IS local

I'll second (or third?) both EAG Epsom and Dorking. I played at them both whilst staying with relatives near London, and had a fantastic time.

Having played at a dozen sites in the UK, they are right up the top of the list, and I will definitely visit again when I have the opportunity.

Thing I liked most was no team tags/ID. Made the game much more atmospheric IMO, having to manually ID your target before engaging. Really added to the experience.

Depends how south west, but the mall in Reading is only 20 miles outside of London.

Happens everywhere. Infact I've seen more blue on blue at GZ where they wear tags than at Dorking where they don't. Go figure!
