It may refer to someone who has all the gear mostly on there belt as in police academy the guy was called Tackelberry.

We call people at work who have all the bits hanging off there belt the same.

From what Ive gathered, it refers to Tackleberry from the Police Academy films, hes a cop infamous for using massive overkill and always having the biggest most ridiculous OTT gun and gear he can find... like his famous revolver with a 2ft barrel! :lol:


He's what every geardo airsofter wants to be, but is nowhere near awesome enough to be :P
