Help with attachments

As i'm relatively new to airsofting I have little to no idea of how attachments are fit to guns. Im specifically looking at the WE GBB SCAR, so I just wanted to know how to fit M203's, Reflex Sights and stuff as i'm considering modifying it to SOPMOD.

every attachment (with few exceptions) will attach by the RIS (rail Integration System) or RAS (Rail attachment system) Its the same thing.

Its basicaclly a long piece of plastic, with little rectangles along it. It should have two little edges on the side of the rail for things to clamp on.
