I haven't had any problems importing RS stuff for my stystema so I don't think you would.
Just because you can doesn't mean you should......

i wasnt sure as i think it counts as a pressure bearing part which i think isnt legal but im not sure and they are quite expensive.

As far as I'm aware the stock doesn't count as a pressure bearing part (it doesn't on an M4 as I have one on my systema) only the internals or the upper and lower receiver (in the M4's case) create an issue with customs.
Just because you can doesn't mean you should......

This one has been done very recently. Although not illegal to import into the country, actually getting a company from the States to send one is nigh on impossible.
First off they are rare as rocking horse poo. Secondly The US have got very strict rules for eporting gun parts. I have been trying for about a year to get one and have had no luck.
