ak scope mount

ok im looking at this scope mount
CYMA Tactical 20mm Aluminum Scope Mount For AK 039C C08
but i'm not sure if it will attach to a Kalash aks-74 (w/ folding stock)
could anyone enlighten me.

Looking at it, I don't think so. The model you've got is probably too short.

Here's a side mount on my GBBR (Kalash bodied GHK/Ra-Tech). Have a look at the length of the front end/top of the receiver for comparisson:

mine is not the SU its the full sized ak74 with folding stock.
i got a MTK-83 mount but it wont fit to the plate.
plus i like the folding stock when you use the side mount you cant fold the stock, unless i'm mistaken

You're right, the side mount stops it folding.

If it's the full length then I would imagine it will fit OK.
