Will are cheapsoft M4 ris kit fit a classic army m15??

I take it you mean the RIS handguard replacement for the normal factory ones? - Yes, they should fit with no problems.
If you mean a RAS forend for a free float barrel, again - it will fit, however you'll need to screw the delta ring off.

Which RIS are you attaching? I had a cheapy one that would only fit TM or JG guns.
