300 lumens blinds people in the dark, if that produces 1200 then I think it will go through batteries pretty quick and most likely dazzle you when it's used. You may p people off with it also... Just as a warning

From the same place you can get the Cree 200 lumens,3mode,zoomable..even that gives you the "arc-eye" effect.
As previously stated you will propably agg people with that and after a few complaints I dare say it will get banned.
