I have a GenII SRC g36, cant say much about the M4s but the g36 is tidy like, our site has some JG G36 hire guns, the SRCs have a far more sturdy feel to them than the JGs.
Id pick SRC out of the 2 but im biased :D

THe SRC G36c even the gen II is of far better build quality than the JG . The nylon fibre bodies feel better and seem far sturdier.
