Shipping RIF's to the US

Thanks in advance for any help, I have a RIF that someone wishes to buy in the US, but I'm not clear on the legalities of shipping something like that from the UK.

Does anyone have any experience of this, or know where to find information?

Needs and orange tip and if it has any unlicensed trades they need covering. Ask th ebuyer, its up to him to tell you what he wants you to do.

Cheers for the reply, forgot about the orange tip. Are there any issues from the UK side of things exporting or do we not care so long as it's leaving?

Exporting isn't an issue for airsoft. Just make sure you tell buyer its his responsibility to telll you what is required and once its left UK any problems are his. Maybe a good idea to put an airsoft disclaimer in package too, I do on all sales.
