Quake 8 vs Oshiboom OMFG
6 March, 2023, 15:07
Hey!
Looking for some advice on the which multi shot BFG to go for. These look identical and I’ve heard Oshiboom have just cloned the quake 8. Just wondering if it’s worth spending the extra £40 for the quake 8.
Thanks in advance!

Personally I'd go for the Dynatex 6-209 multi shot impact but it's around£110, it's a lot more compact, those quakes are hefty lumps to lug around. Also check out the TRMR, you find them second hand on here, they are pretty decent and also slightly smaller than the quake but not as small as the Dynatex

Thanks for the suggestions! The TRMR’s are single shot/use it seems?

Well you get a multibase adapter that screws onto the bottom,or leave it single and use one of three sizes of blanks available, that is the older version, there's a mk E1 X4 that has the option of four sizes of blanks 8mm, .380 (9mm), 209 and 12 gauge, which will still take the multi shot 209 adapter
